1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All games and digital content purchased on Playtopain are considered non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed and the game key or access has been delivered.
This policy aligns with standard practices for digital goods and is based on the nature of instant access and potential for unauthorized use after delivery.

We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • The game did not meet your expectations
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product
  • Compatibility issues with your hardware or software
  • You didn’t read the product description or system requirements

2. Exceptions — Technical Issues from the Publisher or Platform

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The game key is invalid or has already been used prior to delivery
  • You are unable to access the game due to a verifiable technical issue originating from the publisher or official game platform (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Origin)

In such cases, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots or error messages
  • Include your order ID and email address used for the purchase

Our support team will investigate the issue. If the fault is confirmed to be on the publisher’s or platform’s end, we will either:

  • Replace the key/product, or
  • Issue a refund, at our sole discretion.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account has been used to make an unauthorized purchase, please contact us immediately. We may require proof of identity and account ownership for investigation. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will only be issued if confirmed after internal review.

4. Final Notes

All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Playtopain.
We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the criteria stated in this policy.
